Aftercast delay

For a period of time after each activation of a skill, the character cannot move or use any other skills (except those with zero activation time such as stances and shouts). This period of time is called aftercast delay.
The aftercast delay begins immediately after the skill activates. In other words, for each successful use of a skill, the player cannot move or use another skill (except most zero-activation skills) for at least as long as the skill's activation time plus aftercast delay.
Almost every spell has a .75 seconds aftercast delay.

if there wasnt after cast insta spike sins would be back and NO THANK YOU for that i hatted it for a long time and still do kind of hate sins and there teliport and spike builds but they are no where near as effective as they used to be.

Seriously, without aftercast the casterspike (and I mean every incarnation, Ob flame, Air, SF, Rit, everthing, will get a huge buff. Not just a buff, a huge gamebreaking buff. This will make proper Me/X casterspikes go off in less than half a second.
No really, the extra aftercast for PBAoE is not necessary, but the general aftercast and the extra aftercast for ranger interrupts really are good.

Aftercast is here for balancing reasons and it should stay. It works fine with everything it applies to at the moment, including sin shadowstep.

[[word of healing] and [[palm strike] or [[restore condition] dont got aftercast or a lot of monks would be death by now, or do they never noticed realy
Ow and turret ranger without aftercast = overkill

^^^ the above is incorrect on all three counts. word of healing, palm strike, and restore condition all have aftercast.
